NergCoin is a novel cryptocurrency designed to solve the blockchain trilemma; balancing decentralization, security, and scalability while prioritizing mobile accessibility and energy efficiency. It uses a hybrid consensus model combining lightweight Proof-of-Work (PoW) with Open Representative Voting (ORV), achieving 450 transactions per second with 0.8s finality and consuming 99.9% less energy than Bitcoin. Key innovations include; Mobile mining using CuckooCycle-Lite Deflationary tokenomics via adaptive fee burning, A uni-fied mobile app for mining, wallet, and governance. Testing with over 2,000 nodes showed 92% mobile participation. With NergCoin, we aimed to make blockchain use more sustain-able and inclusive, particularly for people who rely mainly on mobile devices.
