The swift growth of mobile technology once again transformed how users search for and express interest in rental housing. E A particular focus of this project is also mobile applications for suppor- ting a rental transaction and improve the overall user experience. The piece highlighted a hankering for at least some inconveniences have resorted to mobile applications, which are generally an inexpensive fund, between rental housing market to enhance the information efficiency at each transaction stage. Then the project focuses on the ability of mobile apps to help the resale housing market stock while saving cost with improved user utilities experience in a rental housing transaction. Finally, the project discusses obstacles to technology adoption. Including; data escrow, loss of privacy threat, a certain level of non-digital literacy from certain consumers, other consumers that have had limited access to information. Solutions are proposed to mitigate these obstacles and make rental housing the permanent choice. A mobile application was designed and developed using the incremental model approach and modern application programming tools. By moving away from traditional, paper-based methods to a fully digital platform, the solution offers greater transparency, convenience, and efficiency for both property owners and renters.
