Digitally, institutions of learning are being pressurized to offer superior methods of presenting
lecture content and managing schools and colleges. Lecture Note and Study Materials Hub App
has been constructed as an academic hub that is a centralized, smart, and easy-to-use application
that can access learning materials and deliver assignments. In contrast to the traditional Learning
Management System (LMS) that is not optimized towards mobile and cannot provide clever
document management options, this system is combined with cloud storage, Optical Character
Recognition (OCR) with Artificial Intelligence and intelligent image processing technology and
real-time communication technology.
The paper discusses the creation, design, and testing of the app based on the grey scale
transformation, noise removal, TF-IDF classification, performance measures such as accuracy,
precision, recall and F1-score. accuracy of character recognition (OCR, 91.2% and classification
of documents (93.1%): according to the test data, the platform can be trusted. Good user
satisfaction and institutional scalability were also found in the application.
The paper ends by concluding that intelligent learning tools such as this hub will highly assist in
enhancing the availability of learning resources and academic communications in real and distance
